I am a small-town farm kid who went off to college, worked in global supply chain, then moved back home to enjoy rural Minnesota with the love of her life. I graduated with a B.S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University which led me to a supply chain career with a Japanese trading house. I worked in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Oceana, and the Middle East, including a two-year regional role living in London, England.

I worked as a global supply chain professional in the oil and gas industry for twelve years where I focused on taking oil country tubular goods (steel pipe) projects from start to finish for oil companies. This involved bidding projects, which were generally five or more years in duration, negotiating contracts, implementing new projects, and tracking and improving existing projects. We managed roughly 25 projects in 12 countries and provided a proprietary suite of IT services for each project.
