LTL and Full Truckload Freight
LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Than Truckload) are freight shipments that are transported by truck.
With LTL shipping, the goods being transported aren’t usually enough to take up the entire space inside a truck, so the remaining space might be shared with another shipment to help reduce your costs.
Whereas FTL shipment, goods being transported is enough to occupy a full truck’s storage space and therefore the business books the full truck.
